4. No Guarantee of Results

- Amazon platform changes, competition, market conditions, and account history are outside our control

5. Payments & Fees

8. Third-Party Platforms & Tools

Amastrive is not responsible for outages, policy changes, suspensions, or actions taken by third-party platforms.
9. Limitation of Liability

- Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the preceding 3 months
